How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Conditions for Refund & Exchange

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure:

  1. Product Condition: The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  2. Order ID: Include the Order ID with your returned item for smooth processing.

 

Exchange Process

 

 If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Customer Dispatch: Dispatch the item back to us through a courier service of your choice.

  2. Replacement Dispatch: Once we receive the parcel and verify it meets our return conditions, we will send out the replacement as soon as possible.

  3. Exchange Availability: If your chosen replacement item is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.

 

Refund Option

 

 Customers can choose a refund rather than an exchange if preferred:
  1. Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 5-7 working days after receiving the item in its original condition.
  2. Courier Deduction: A courier charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping and handling expenses.
